DateX - Digitech Data Exchange service

  web_GetEnvironment - helper for check if working in production environment.
• util_IsOnProduction
  web_IsOnProduction. Returns TRUE if called on production server.
• wwwCancelPayment
  Receives request to cancel QR payment from DateX, sends request to ACB and returns result to Datex.
• wwwGetPaymentStatusFromDGTC
  Receives QR payment status request from DateX, send request to ACB and returns result to Datex.
• wwwOnBoardMerchant
  Stores or updates Merchant onboarding data.
• wwwOnBoardPOS
  Stores or updates POS onboarding data.
• wwwPushBunchOfPayment
  Bulk insert batch of QR payments for further stats and reimbursement.
• wwwPushSinglePayment
  Inserts single QR payment for further stats and reimbursement.
• wwwSendQRRequestToDGTC
  Accepts short QR payment request from Datex, stores it in DB, adds required for QRPaymentQrRequestForBank data, sends it to bank, stores response and sends it to Datex. And nothing fu....g more.
